Aikhyatha recruits trained teachers. The preschool teachers are graduates with Montessori certification. The Primary teachers are Graduates / Post graduates with a B.Ed and M.Ed degree.
Aikhyatha has taken care of all the safety measures specified by the Government of Karnataka. The safety of the campus is ensured by the security guards, CCTV cameras, Vigilant teaching and the non - teaching staff
